The  Congress state general secretary and spokesperson Ravi Saxena has said that the Kamal Nath government of the Congress elected by the people was working for the welfare of the people in a democratic manner. But hungry for power, the greedy BJP government dropped it in an undemocratic manner. Today, to save democracy, it needs to be respected. Congress is going to the public with this.

He told the media today in Sagar that after 15 years of being struck by the misrule of the Bharatiya Janata Party, in 2018, the people of the state had elected the Congress government with their own opinion. The Congress government was formed under the leadership of Kamal Nath and he worked towards fulfilling his promise in accordance with the mandate.

He said that when the Congress government was dropped from the bargain on March 20, a year ago, they had only two options. Either they too bargain or they resign the position, respecting democracy. Today is the day to honour democracy by abandoning the same bargain. Kamal Nath renounced the post of the chief minister to save the honour of democracy and refused to form a bargaining government.

Congress is celebrating the honour of democracy as Democracy Honor Day across the state. Because the creation of this country is sweating the blood of millions of Congress workers as well as great leaders like Gandhiji, Ambedkar and Nehru. Today, it is up to the Congress workers to preserve the same.
