Sagar Watch News/ The advertisement issued by the Women and Child Development Department to fill the vacant posts of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Assistant. So far, 2,70,152 applications have been received for recruitment to a total of 19,504 posts in the advertisement issued by the department on 19 June 2025.

In the recruitment process, 55,730 applications have been received for Anganwadi Worker and 2,14,422 applications for Anganwadi Assistant from ten divisions. The last date for the application process has been fixed as 4 July 2025, while the last date for correction in the filled application is 7 July 2025.

It is noteworthy that for the fulfillment of a total of 19 thousand 504 posts of Anganwadi Worker and Assistant, the maximum number of 47 thousand 116 applications have been received from Indore Division, out of which 38 thousand 601 applications have been received for the post of Assistant and 8 thousand 515 for the post of Anganwadi Worker.

Out of a total of 44 thousand 258 applications received from Jabalpur division, 34 thousand 317 applications were received for the post of assistants and 9 thousand 941 for Anganwadi workers.

Out of 33 thousand 513 applications received from Sagar division, 27 thousand 857 applications were received for the post of assistants and 5 thousand 656 for workers.

A total of 28 thousand 850 applications were received in Bhopal. Out of these, 22 thousand 397 applications were received for the post of assistants and 6 thousand 453 for workers.

Similarly, a total of 28 thousand 519 applications were received from Rewa, out of which 23 thousand 831 applications were received for the post of assistants and 4 thousand 688 for workers. Out of 28 thousand 413 applications received from the Gwalior division, 22 thousand 73 applications were received for the post of assistants and 6 thousand 340 for workers.

From the Ujjain division, out of a total of 24 thousand 159 applications, 18 thousand 711 are for the post of assistants and 5 thousand 448 for the post of workers. From the Chambal division, out of a total of 14 thousand 829 applications, 12 thousand 343 are for the post of assistants and 2 thousand 486 for the post of workers.

Apart from this, a total of 10 thousand 406 applications have been received from Shahdol division, in which 7 thousand 291 are for the post of assistants and 3 thousand 115 for the post of workers. From Narmadapuram, 7,001 applications have been received for the post of assistant and 3088 for the post of workers, a total of 10 thousand 89 applications have been received.
