Key Points of Work Allocation:

• Additional Collector Avinash Rawat

  • Assigned as Additional District Magistrate.

  • Judicial/semi-judicial and administrative responsibilities under various Acts/Rules.

  • Resolution of cases under the Property Defacement Act and the Noise Control Act.

  • In charge of Jail, Police & Home Guards; disposal of parole and temporary leave cases for prisoners.

  • Nodal officer in the committee for police-related complaints.

  • Powers of original, appellate, and revision authority under M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (except Sections 165 & 237).

  • Appellate authority for Anganwadi worker-related cases under the Women & Child Development Department.

  • Certificate issuing authority under the Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2008.

  • General supervision of the tehsil administration and revenue officers.

  • Nodal officer & secretary, District Archaeology, Tourism & Culture Council.

  • Chairman (nominated by Collector), PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3.

  • Deputy District Election Officer for general, local body, and mandi elections.

  • Oversight of Establishment Branch, Land Records, Departmental Inquiries, Food Safety & Standards Act, Drug Inspector, Drug Administration, and Weights & Measures.

• Joint Collector Arti Yadav

  • Assigned charge of Revenue, Clerical & Statistical Branch, Finance, Nazarat, and Arms License Branch.

• Joint Collector Rajnandini Sharma

  • Assigned charge of Rent Control Branch, T&L Branch, CM Helpline Branch, Public Service Guarantee Branch, Complaint Branch, CM/CS Monitor Branch, Samadhan Online, Public Hearing Branch.
