From April First City Will Become Cattle Free-Collector

The district administration has asked all the dairy operators to take their cattle to the dairy displacement site by March 31 on the proposal of the council meeting of Municipal Corporation, Sagar.

He said that now from April 1, the Sagar Municipal Corporation area will be free of cattle. If any bovine is found in the area from April 1, strict action will be taken against the concerned dairy operator.

It is noteworthy that all necessary arrangements have been made in Ratona for dairy displacement in Sagar and plots have also been allotted to dairy operators as per their demand.

According to the collector, if any dairy operator does not go to the dairy displacement site by March 31, action will be taken against him under section 144.

He told that the dairy operators who have not got the plot allotted, should immediately go to the Municipal Corporation office and get the plot allotted and take their cattle to the displaced site.

He informed that for the convenience of dairy operators, a milk collection centre has also been set up by the Bundelkhand Dairy Association, which will collect their milk daily. Similarly, food arrangements have also been made for cattle.

Republic Day Celeberation-Malkhamb Performance msmerized  audience

The 74th Republic Day was celebrated with pomp in the district. Republic Day programs were organized with enthusiasm in the entire district. 


The main function of the district was held at PTC Ground. In which the Chief Guest, Public Works Cottage and Village Industries Minister Gopal Bhargava hoisted the national flag at the Republic Day function and took the salute of the parade.

The parade was led by Reserve Inspector Sunil Dixit. A colourful presentation of patriotic cultural programs was given by the school students. St. Mary's Senior Secondary School Makaronia, CM Rise MLB Sl. 

Fascinating programs were presented by the students of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Motinagar, 01. Under the guidance of Shyamlal Pal, the coach of Malkhamb Training Center, a wonderful performance was performed by the players on Malkhamb.


Tableaus displaying and motivating various schemes of the government were displayed by the departments in the programme.

Innovation-Dress code prescribes for fair-price shopkeepers

The ration is being distributed from 918 fair-price shops under the public distribution system operated in the Sagar district. 

Innovating under the guidance of the Collector, a dress code has been set for fair-price shopkeepers in the district. The shopkeepers will wear aprons of the prescribed colour and will also put up name plates for their identity.

District Supply Controller Rajendra Waikar said that grey-coloured aprons and nameplates have been made for the vendors of all the 918 fair-price shops operating in the district. With this, the vendor distributing ration will be able to have a separate identity. 

All the vendors have been told to open fair-price shops on the scheduled day and time and distribute the ration only by wearing aprons and putting on name plates during distribution.

The Chief Minister's helpline number 181 has also been written at all the shops at a visible place outside the fair price shop. In case of non-receipt of ration or closure of the shop, consumers can register their complaint on the said toll-free number.

The district administration has become active as soon as the corona infection spreads rapidly in Sagar district. The District Collector along with a team of officers on Tuesday took stock of the functioning of the Corona Control Center in the Smart City office.

 After inspection, the Collector gave instructions to the Corona Controller Center that -

  • The Corona Control Center will test individuals taking "Home Isolation" with information from video calling twice a day through 6 parameters that appear on the meaningful light app.
  • Also, if the person feels healthy on the advice of himself and the doctor from the COVID-19 wards of BMC and Gyanodaya hostel, then he should be home quarantined.
  • If the person being treated at home faces any problem during the test, then immediately get him admitted to BMC or Gyanodaya Kovid ward.
  • He instructed to start the help center number 1075 in Corona Controller Center through BSNL. He told that on this number, any person can ever tell a corona related problem. Three people can talk on this number at a time.

During the inspection of the Corona Comptroller Center, the collector was accompanied by a doctor officer including Municipal Commissioner, District Panchayat CEO, City Magistrate, SDM, Smart City CEO, BMO.
