For Campaign Expenditure  95 Lakh Is The Limit

👉The limit of election campaign expenditure for a candidate for Lok Sabha elections-2024 is fixed at Rs 95 lakh. For this, the candidate will have to open a separate account in the bank.

All daily expenditure accounts will have to be maintained in the election expenditure register received from the Returning Officer. All posters, banners, pamphlets, whether printed or published before nomination, but being used or displayed after nomination, will all be added to the election expenses of the candidate.

 ..Shouldn't Come With More Than Three  Vehical  

👉Only 4 persons will be able to enter the Returning Officer's room along with the candidate who has come to fill the nomination. Only three vehicles will be allowed to enter within 100 meters. 

The process of filling nomination will start at 11 am and will continue till 3 pm. No person will be allowed to enter the room or bring documents after 3 pm.

To File Nomination Bring Electoral Roll Too

👉Candidates will have to bring all the necessary documents like nomination form, proof of security deposit, Form-A and B, affidavit etc. to the RO room.

If the candidate is not an elector of the same constituency from where he is contesting the election, then the candidate will have to file a copy of the electoral roll of the concerned constituency or a certified copy of the relevant part of the electoral roll.

A candidate can file 4 nomination papers for the same constituency. Can be submitted together or separately. Videography of the nomination process will also be done.

Provide Drinking Water And Shade @Polling Centers

👉In view of the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024, the returning officers of all the eight assembly constituencies of the district are to be provided with drinking water, shade and other necessary facilities at all the polling stations of the district. So that the voters arriving at the polling stations to cast their votes do not have to face any kind of problem.
