Marriage Gardens, Sealed, Dues Payments
Sagar Watch News / Due to non-payment of dues for door-to-door garbage collection and waste management by the operators of marriage gardens located in the city, action is being taken to seal the marriage gardens.
Under this action, action was taken on Friday to seal two marriage gardens, Raghav Marriage Garden and Shanti Marriage Garden respectively. A total amount of Rs 4 lakh 8 thousand was deposited in the corporation office by three marriage garden operators Rudraksh Marriage Garden, Prem Parinay Marriage Garden, and Ram Saroj Palace.
Revenue Officer Brijesh Tiwari said that due to the marriage gardens located in the city, not depositing the money for door-to-door garbage collection-waste management, notices have been issued to the marriage garden operators to deposit the outstanding amount within three days.
Raghav Marriage Garden and Shanti Marriage Garden were sealed on Friday for not depositing the dues within the stipulated time. Ram Saroj Palace deposited dues of Rs 1 lakh 78 thousand, Rudraksh Marriage Garden deposited outstanding dues of Rs 1 lakh 28 thousand and Prem Parinay Marriage Garden deposited its outstanding dues of Rs 1 lakh 2 thousand in the corporation office.
