  Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission's State Service Main Examination-2022 will be conducted from 08 January to 13 January 2024 in a single session from 10 am to 01 pm in the only examination center of the city - Government Girls Post Graduate College.

Only the timing of Hindi essay exam to be held on 13th January will be from 10 am to 12 noon. Joint Commissioner of Sagar Division, Anil Dwivedi said that State Service Main Examination 2022 is the most important examination of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission and no negligence should be taken in the conduct of this examination.

Joint Commissioner Dwivedi directed all the officers in connection with the main examination of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission that the Commission has prohibited carrying mobiles, calculators, etc., reading materials and all types of electronic devices in the examination hall.

Apart from this, entry into the examination hall with face covered will also be prohibited. It is also prohibited to carry whitener and other items like 

  • Hair clutcher
  • Buckle, 
  • Watch, 
  • Bands Metallic/Leather worn on the hand, 
  • Belt worn on the waist, 
  • Sunglasses, 
  • Purse/wallet etc. in the examination. Is. Keeping in view the cold weather, 
  • The Commission has given permission to wear shoes, socks and warm clothes.

The applicant can be given admission in the examination of the Commission only if he presents the original copy of any one of the following photo identity cards. These include voter identity card, 

  • Aadhar card, 
  • Driving license, 
  • PAN card, 
  • Service identity card with photo issued by Central and State Government and public sector undertakings, local bodies and other employers, 
  • Passport, 
  • Bank passbook with photograph, in case of candidates studying in educational institutions, photo identity card issued by the head of the educational institution not more than three years ago, latest photo identity card certified by a gazetted officer. 

Only photocopy of Aadhar card will also be valid. If the identity of the applicant is not confirmed by photo identity card, the candidate will not be allowed to take the examination.

Board Examinations-Three Examination Centers Idendified as Most Sensitive

SAGAR WATCH/ MP Board Exams for classes 10th and 12th are starting from 1st March. In which more than 65 thousand students of Sagar district will participate. For the Board of Secondary Education examinations, 139 examination centres have been set up in the district.

While congratulating about 65000 candidates appearing in the class 10th and 12th board exams, the collector said that all the candidates should take the exam with full restraint and patience. He said that following the instructions of all board exams, you should answer the exam.

District Education Officer Akhilesh Pathak said that as per the instructions of the Board of Secondary Education, necessary arrangements have been made at all the examination centres. In this, 34770 candidates of class X and more than 31000 candidates of class XII appear in the examination.

Shri Pathak told that out of 139 examination centres, 8 examination centres have been made sensitive and three examination centres have been made hypersensitive, where the police system will be present.

All the necessary arrangements have been ensured by Sudhir Tiwari, the Principal of the Coordination Institute, on the instructions of the District Education Officer. Mr. Tiwari will deposit the material in the strong room under the vigilance of the armed police to keep the confidential material in the excellent school.

Government Girls Higher Secondary School Banda, 

Government Higher Secondary School Dalpatpur, 

Government Excellent Higher Secondary School Shahgarh Old Building, 

Government Higher Secondary School Baraita, Government Higher Secondary School Bandri, 

Government Higher Secondary School Bara, 

Government Higher Secondary School Magardha examination centres have been made sensitive examination centres. 

Most sensitive examination centres

While Government Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla Girls Higher Secondary School Sagar Swadhyay examinees, 

MLB Kanya Vidyalaya No. 1 Swadhyay examinees and 

Government High School Gopalganj Sagar has been made in the most sensitive examination centres.

The Board of Secondary Education will conduct Higher Secondary / Higher Secondary Vocatio
nal and High School Supplementary Examination from September 14 to September 22.  

Due to Covid-19 transmission, the examination will be conducted for students as per the guidelines of the Central Government.

Examination centres have been set up at the district level and block level in all districts for all the students appearing in the examination.

  • For high school supplementary examination-  419 examination centres were made for one lakh 37 thousand 912 candidates.
  • For higher secondary supplementary examination -430 examination centres for one lakh 21 thousand 645 candidates.
  •  For higher secondary vocational supplement examination-58 centres for  2 thousand 714 candidates. 

the admit card of the year 2020 of   High School, Higher Secondary, Higher Secondary Vocational, Higher Secondary / Deaf Students of Visually Handicapped, Silent, Deaf students can be downloaded from mpbse.mponline.gov.in.

Examination of supplementary eligible students in the practical subject will be conducted by the Kendras in the afternoon after the completion of the theoretical question paper on the same day. Students can get information about the examination by contacting the Central Heads.
