Former-Minister-Rajput-gives-heavy -defeat-to-his--Congress's-Parul-Sahu

Govind Singh Rajput, considered a staunch supporter of BJP's alleged hero Jyotiraditya Scindia, who prematurely ruined the Congress government in Madhya Pradesh, has registered a historic victory from Surkhi assembly constituency.

In the polling held on November 3, out of a total of one lakh 52 thousand 823 valid votes, Shri Govind Singh Rajput got 93 thousand 294 votes, while Smt. Parul Sahu Kesari of Indian National Congress got 52 thousand 303 votes. Rajput also got an edge in postal papers.

Govind Rajput had to leave the ministerial post when he completed six months due to constitutional process during the election itself. Govind, who was the Minister of Revenue and Transport in the Congress government, got the same portfolios in the BJP government. However, CM Shivraj Singh had talked about being made a minister from the stage itself.

On the question of becoming a minister for the third time in two years in the coming days, Govind Rajput says that the blessings of the people of our Surkhi region are as many times as possible.

Surkhi By-Election-Updates-Polling-Mark-remain-lower

Voters, today in Surkhi Assembly constituency in Sagar district, cast their votes in the Festival of democracy with 71.97 per cent polling. Out of a total of 2 lakh, 5 thousand 810 voters in the constituency, one lakh 48 thousand 116 voters' votes were recorded in EVMs.

Of these, 83,721 (74.81)) men and 64,395 (68.59)) women exercised their franchise. In the last assembly general election of 2018, the voting percentage was 75.48. Then 77.37 per cent of the men and 73.21 per cent of the women voted.

Congress-MLAs-Toppled-Govt-Uma-Bharti

Madhya Pradesh's former Chief Minister Uma Bharti says that the BJP does not believe in breaking, BJP is the sea where the rivers merge with it. Congress Party MLAs and ministers were all upset due to no work in the Congress government. Therefore, it is Congress MLAs who have toppled the Congress government.

Former Union  Minister Uma Bharti, who came to address the election meeting held on Monday in support of the BJP candidate in Bilhara of Surkhi Vidhan Sabha constituency, said that the Congress had made so many promises to the public that they were not fulfilling. When Jyotiraditya Scindia reminded Kamal Nath of the promises made to the public, he told Scindia to go on the road.

Ms Umabharati said that Kamal Nath was not running the government at all but the remote control Mr Bantadhar stood behind him. She said that the public sits on the floor, now in these bye-elections, the bail of the Congress in the entire 28 seats is going to be confiscated, the Congress is not going to come for the next twenty-thirty years.

Former Chief Minister and former Union Minister Ms Bharti refrained from speaking on national issues and said that the country is safe in the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Shivraj Singh Chauhan has run the government with the same penance as he had seized power from Mr Bantadhar. Chouhan has restraint, patience which she doesn't have.

Shivraj is a good actor. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will also be blushing with their acting. Shivraj should move to Mumbai and illuminate the MP's name. 
This view was expressed by former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and Congress leader Kamal Nath while addressing an election general meeting held on Monday in Jaisinagar of Surkhi assembly constituency.

In the Jaisinagar Sabha, Kamal Nath said that Shivraj made Madhya Pradesh a salable state and tarnished the state. Congress formed a government with votes and BJP formed a government with notes.

Kamal Nath lashed out at Shivraj Singh, saying that after 15 years, we formed a government of 15 months and got the state in disarray.

Former Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh Rahul said that the Congress made Govind Rajput a four-time candidate. Congress also made him the Youth Congress president. Living on rent near Motinagar police station, today living in Qila Kothi. One Maharaj is in Gwalior while one Maharaj is in Surkhi. He said that traitors in Bundelkhand are never forgiven.

Congress candidate Parul Sahu said that Surkhi assembly constituency is her family. By-elections have been imposed on the public, She said. When the MLA resigns, then why to want to become an MLA, she added.

Political Leaders increased visits  to surkhi 

The political atmosphere is being charged due to the by-election in Surkhi Assembly. Leaders of both the major political parties - BJP and Congress are making rounds to Surkhi and contacting the public. On Tuesday, BJP's Sagar MLA Shailendra Jain and Narayavali MLA Pradeep Laria visited different areas of Surkhi and made public contact.

During the contact with the public in Sihora region, MLA Shailendra Jain said that the BJP takes special care of the poor and farmers, that is why it has started implementing schemes related to these sections.

On the other hand, Narayavali MLA said during public relations in Rahatgarh area that his party's future is going to be decided only on the upcoming by-election. He said that the Congress Party had stopped all public welfare schemes in the state during its 15 months of tenure.

NSUI raises concern over an appointment

In Dr Harisingh Gaur Central University, the National Students Union of India has submitted a memorandum to the university and demanded the removal of the head of the Department of Botany.

The Sangh alleges that the Head of the Department has a case of molestation in the concerned police station. In this sense, appointing him as responsible as head of the department is unfair.

Commissioner Formal visit to BMC, Gives Advice

On Tuesday itself, the Divisional Commissioner made a formal visit to the Bundelkhand Medical College and reviewed the arrangements there. On this occasion, he also instructed the doctors and staff of the hospital that there is no greater service than the treatment and service of the patients of Covid-19.

Congress Betrayed the public-BJP

In a public meeting held in connection with the byelection of the upcoming assembly on November 3 in Surkhi Assembly constituency, the BJP candidate accused the Congress party of cheating the public.

Addressing the general assembly, the BJP candidate said that the people had voted for the Congress to elect Jyotiraditya Scindia as the Chief Minister of the state. But the high command of the Congress has betrayed the public by handing over the reins of the state to Kamal Nath.

He said that Kamal Nath did not listen to development so his government was shattered. Nobody wants to be with the Congress anymore. The sins committed by Congress will result in the upcoming elections.

Laxity in linking Aadhaar with ration portal, two panchayat secretaries suspended

The Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat has suspended the secretaries of Banda and Rahatgarh Janpad Panchayats of Bijri Panchayat and Kanchri Panchayat respectively after receiving complaints of laxity in the process of adding Aadhaar card of the beneficiaries on the Ration Mitra portal in Gram Panchayats.

The District Food Controller handed over the progress sheet received in connection with the process of adding the Aadhaar card of the beneficiaries in the Gram Panchayats to the Ration Mitra portal to the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat. On the basis of this, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat has issued instructions to the panchayats to complete the work of seeding of Aadhaar card on Ration Mitra portal by October 5.

Illegal liquor seized from the Revenue minister's assembly constituency

On the instructions of the District Collector in the home area of the Revenue and Transport Minister of the state, a joint team of Excise and Revenue Department took a raid on the hotels and dhabas of the area to curb the illegal liquor business. In this action, illegal liquor worth about four lakh rupees has been seized from the main operated dhabas and hotels of Surkhi and Rahatgarh.
