Pratibha Pal said that the new “MP e-Seva Portal and Mobile App” has made government services faster, easier, and more transparent for citizens.
She said people no longer need to visit different offices or websites for various services. Now, more than 1,700 services from 56 government departments are available on a single digital platform.
The initiative is aimed at saving people’s time, reducing paperwork, and making government work smoother and more accountable. Citizens can now check eligibility, apply for schemes, track applications, and download certificates through the portal and mobile app from the comfort of their homes.
Officials said the platform has been designed with modern digital features such as Aadhaar-based verification, e-sign, and paperless approvals, making the entire process simple and hassle-free.
The portal is also linked with the Samagra Social Security Mission, allowing automatic verification through Family ID and Member ID numbers. This removes delays and avoids repeated document submissions.
One of the portal’s biggest advantages is its “auto-fetch document” system. Once documents are uploaded, they can be used again for future services without uploading them repeatedly.
The app has also been designed in multiple languages and includes accessibility features for differently-abled users, making it useful for both urban and rural citizens.
So far, the platform has recorded more than 2.14 lakh digital transactions, including thousands of applications and eligibility checks. The state government has set a target of achieving 100 percent e-service delivery by 2026.
Madhya Pradesh has also earned national recognition in digital governance. In the NESDA 2025 report, the state secured second position in the country for integrating all mandatory departmental e-services.
The state has also received prestigious awards, including the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award for “Cyber Tehsil” and the National e-Governance Gold Award for “Sampada 2.0.”
डिजिटल शासन की दिशा में एक बड़े कदम के तौर पर, कलेक्टर प्रतिभा पाल ने कहा कि नया "MP e-Seva Portal और Mobile App" नागरिकों के लिए सरकारी सेवाओं को तेज़, आसान और ज़्यादा पारदर्शी बनाता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अब लोगों को अलग-अलग सेवाओं के लिए अलग-अलग दफ़्तरों या वेबसाइटों पर जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। अब, 56 सरकारी विभागों की 1,700 से ज़्यादा सेवाएँ एक ही डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर उपलब्ध हैं।
इस पहल का मकसद लोगों का समय बचाना, कागज़ी काम कम करना और सरकारी कामकाज को ज़्यादा सुचारू और जवाबदेह बनाना है। नागरिक अब अपने घर बैठे ही इस पोर्टल और मोबाइल ऐप के ज़रिए अपनी पात्रता की जाँच कर सकते हैं, योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, अपने आवेदनों की स्थिति जान सकते हैं और प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को आधार-आधारित सत्यापन, ई-हस्ताक्षर और कागज़-रहित मंज़ूरी जैसी आधुनिक डिजिटल सुविधाओं के साथ डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जिससे पूरी प्रक्रिया सरल और परेशानी-मुक्त हो जाती है।
यह पोर्टल समग्र सामाजिक सुरक्षा मिशन से भी जुड़ा हुआ है, जिससे परिवार ID और सदस्य ID नंबरों के ज़रिए स्वचालित सत्यापन संभव हो पाता है। इससे देरी खत्म होती है और बार-बार दस्तावेज़ जमा करने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ती।
इस पोर्टल का सबसे बड़ा फ़ायदा इसका "दस्तावेज़ स्वतः प्राप्त करें" (auto-fetch document) सिस्टम है। एक बार दस्तावेज़ अपलोड हो जाने के बाद, उन्हें भविष्य की सेवाओं के लिए बार-बार अपलोड किए बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
इस ऐप को कई भाषाओं में डिज़ाइन किया गया है और इसमें दिव्यांग उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए सुलभता सुविधाएँ भी शामिल हैं, जिससे यह शहरी और ग्रामीण, दोनों तरह के नागरिकों के लिए उपयोगी साबित होता है।
अब तक, इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर 2.14 लाख से ज़्यादा डिजिटल लेन-देन दर्ज किए गए हैं, जिनमें हज़ारों आवेदन और पात्रता जाँच शामिल हैं। राज्य सरकार ने 2026 तक 100 प्रतिशत ई-सेवा वितरण का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है।
मध्य प्रदेश ने डिजिटल शासन के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी पहचान बनाई है। NESDA 2025 की रिपोर्ट में, राज्य ने सभी अनिवार्य विभागीय ई-सेवाओं को एकीकृत करने के मामले में देश भर में दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया है।
राज्य को कई प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार भी मिले हैं, जिनमें "साइबर तहसील" के लिए प्रधानमंत्री उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार और "संपदा 2.0" के लिए राष्ट्रीय ई-शासन स्वर्ण पुरस्कार शामिल हैं।
