According to District Kabaddi Association Secretary, teams from all 10 zones of Madhya Pradesh will participate, involving around 400 players and officials. 

Outstanding performers will be selected to represent Madhya Pradesh at the 51st Junior National Kabaddi Championship in Vijayawada from January 15 to 18.

To curb road accidents and ensure public safety, the Sagar Collector has appealed to citizens to strictly follow traffic rules, warning that negligence on roads can endanger entire families. 

He emphasized the mandatory use of helmets for two-wheeler riders and seatbelts in four-wheelers, calling them life-saving measures, not mere rules. 

He also cautioned against drunken driving and directed officials to improve visibility by installing reflectors on tractor-trolleys, especially in rural areas and on highways.

👉 The Women and Child Development Department has started the recruitment process for vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and Assistants in Sagar district

A total of 101 appointments will be made, including 36 Anganwadi Workers and 65 Assistants. The recruitment will be conducted through the MP Online selection portal. 

Eligible women candidates can apply from December 31, 2025, with the last date set as January 10, 2026. Application corrections will be allowed till January 12, 2026.
