The Art of Living Sagar Chapter has organized a six-day “Happiness Program at Majestic Plaza, aiming to help participants rediscover inner peace and joy. The special camp runs from November 4 to 9, every morning from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

🌿 What is the Happiness Program?

The Happiness Program is a flagship wellness course by the Art of Living Foundation, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It introduces participants to the world-famous Sudarshan Kriya, a unique rhythmic breathing technique designed to harmonize body and mind.

What Makes It Beneficial?

Senior instructor Kapil Malaiya explained that Sudarshan Kriya helps eliminate stress, anxiety, anger, fear, and fatigue, which have become common in today’s fast-paced life. Regular practice, he said, energizes the body, calms the mind, and naturally builds confidence and inner happiness.

Participants also learn yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and attend knowledge sessions on life values, promoting holistic self-development.
