Result Open-Kalicharan Kushwaha of Gwalior got  first rank in the exam

The School Education Department has released the results of the excellent and model school selection examination year 2023-24 to be conducted through the State Open School Education Board in the state on April 3.

Board director Prabhat Raj Tiwari said that 94 thousand 115 candidates of the state appeared in this examination, in which applications were made by 42 thousand 101 girl students and 52 thousand 14 boys. 

A total of 37 thousand 163 candidates including 21 thousand 77 boys and 16 thousand 86 girls have passed in the examination.

A total of 10 thousand 127 students, including 5 thousand 804 boys and 4 thousand 323 girls, have been selected in excellent schools among the candidates who passed the selection test. 

At the same time, a total of 11 thousand 68 students, including 6 thousand 227 boys and 4 thousand 841 girls, have been selected for model schools. Students who have passed the selection test but could not be selected, such students are kept on the waiting list.

A total of 10 thousand 127 students, including 5 thousand 804 boys and 4 thousand 323 girls, have been selected in excellent schools among the candidates who passed the selection test. 

Mr Tiwari said that a total of 44 thousand 240 candidates, including 23 thousand 683 boys and 20 thousand 557 girls, have failed the selection test, while a total of 12 thousand 712 students, including 7 thousand 254 boys and 5 thousand 458 girls, have remained absent in the selection test.

Shri Tiwari told that Kalicharan Kushwaha of Gwalior has secured 88 marks, Ambuj Tiwari of Bhind has secured 85 marks and Yukti Tiwari of Sidhi has secured the leading position in the selection of excellent schools in the state by scoring 85 marks.

  On the other hand, Pragya Jaiswal of Sidhi has scored 84 marks, Mohit Kushwaha of Katni has scored 84 marks and Prateek Sethia of Katni has been leading in model school selection across the state by scoring 83 marks.

 Mr Tiwari said that students can check their results on the official website of the State Open School Education Board.
