Sagar Watch News/ As part of the nationwide Swadeshi Sankalp Year, the Swadeshi Sankalp Rath Yatra was taken out in Sagar under the joint aegis of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and the Swadeshi Jagran Manch.

Promoting self-reliance and strengthening the national economy through indigenous products, the Swadeshi Sankalp Rath Yatra plays a vital role in awakening the spirit of “Vocal for Local” among citizens.
The yatra was flagged off by centenarian freedom fighter Pt. Tarachand Jain by showing the saffron flag, in the presence of BJP District President Shri Shyam Tiwari and Municipal Corporation President Shri Vrindavan Ahirwar.
The rally began from Teen Batti and was first organized at the Municipal School, where traders, teachers, eminent citizens, and school students participated.
Addressing the gathering, the CAIT District President stressed the importance of adopting swadeshi products for national progress. BJP District President Shyam Tiwari administered a pledge to use indigenous goods and urged people to fearlessly adopt and promote swadeshi ideology in daily life.
The rally passed through Katra Mandir, Bada Bazaar, Motinagar, and reached the Sagar Municipal Corporation, where schoolgirls were again administered the swadeshi pledge.
In the second phase, After Cabinet Minister's Address, MLA Shailendra Kumar Jain emphasized that adopting swadeshi is essential to realizing the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India).
During the yatra, various trade and social organizations welcomed the Swadeshi Rath with flower showers and honors, reflecting strong public support. The rally concluded with MLA Shailendra Kumar Jain lauding the efforts of CAIT and the Swadeshi Jagran Manch.
