Sagar Watch News/ The week-long ‘Gour Utsav 2025’, celebrating the 156th birth anniversary of renowned educationist, jurist and founder of Dr. Harisingh Gour University, concluded on 26 November in Sagar with grandeur and deep reverence.
Highlights of the Day
A traditional morning procession began with Vice-Chancellor Prof. V.S. Thakur garlanding Dr. Gour’s statue at Teen Batti. The grand Gaur Shobha Yatra, accompanied by bands and enthusiastic participation of citizens, students, NCC cadets and public representatives, passed through major city routes and reached the university campus, where guests paid homage at the Gour Memorial.

Awards & Recognitions
