Booth Level Officer Sunita Yadav, an Anganwadi worker, completed 100% digitisation of voter enumeration forms at Polling Station 80, Berkhedi Suvansh, under the 2026 Special Intensive Training of the Election Commission. 


She mapped all 862 voters and ensured the timely digital entry of their information. Appreciating her dedication, officials said her sincerity and commitment set an example. Supervisor Dr Anjana Pathak also supported the process.

👉Collector and District Election Officer suspended four BLOs of Assembly Constituency 041 Sagar with immediate effect for serious negligence during the Special Intensive Revision 2026

Those suspended include Sharad Mishra (PS 95), Radha Shukla (PS 207), Bhupendra Sahu (PS 68) and Anjali Ahirwar (PS 05). Officials confirmed they failed to perform mandatory survey and mapping duties. 

👉Municipal Commissioner and Additional Election Officer ordered strict action in the Special Intensive Revision 2026. Two employees—Assistant Revenue Inspectors Vijay Carpenter and Pramod Hajari—were suspended for serious negligence, while permanent staff Shakir Ali and Ravishankar Srivastava faced a 5-day salary cut each

The order stated that despite clear instructions from the District Election Officer, the staff showed continuous disregard for the crucial voter list revision, violating MP Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965.

👉The Youth Festival team of Sagar Division—comprising Damoh, Niwari, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh and Sagar—participated in the State-level Youth Festival held at Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal, on 17–18 November 2025. 

The team competed in seven events: folk song, folk dance, story writing, poetry, speech, painting and science fair. Sagar Division delivered outstanding performances, securing first position in folk song, folk dance, science fair and poetry writing, impressing the audience and guests. The division also earned third place in story writing. All winners were felicitated by Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishvas Sarang.

Notable achievers included Nakul Tiwari (poetry), Sameer Ahirwar (science fair), and the folk song team comprising Keshraj Bansal, Sanjay Kori, Om Bhatt, Aditya Singh Dangi, Yash Pathak, Golu Kushwaha, Vidhan Chaubey, Himanshu Kharare, Sakshi Pateria and Shivangi Pathak. 

The folk dance team featured Anshul Athya, Aniket Athya and others. In story writing, Mayra Singhania secured third place, while participants in painting and speech also performed commendably.
