Sagar Watch News/ In compliance with the directives of the Chief Electoral Officer, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal) and Collector & District Election Officer Mr. Sandeep G.R., voter list mapping activities by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are being thoroughly inspected across the district to ensure 100% mapping accuracy as per Election Commission guidelines.
Under the supervision of the SDMs and Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), the following officials are actively monitoring the process in their respective constituencies:

41 Sagar: Ms. Arti Yadav

42 Banda: Mr. Ravish Srivastava
 
These officers are ensuring the smooth implementation of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2025 campaign and achieving complete mapping of voter lists. Mr. Sandeep G.R. has also urged all political parties to promptly submit details of their Booth Level Agents (BLAs) to the election office.

Door-to-door Verification: BLOs will visit each household and distribute two copies of the voter information sheet (Ganana Patrak) for verification.

No Documents Required: Voters will simply fill out and return the forms; no supporting documents are required.

Next Phase: From December 9, 2025, to January 8, 2026, new voters will be added, names of deceased or duplicate voters removed, and corrections made where necessary.
 
This district-wide initiative aims to ensure accurate, transparent, and up-to-date voter rolls ahead of the upcoming elections.
