Ground-Level Accountability:BLOs Devendra Chaurasia, Arun Ahirwar, and Kamta Prasad Patel were suspended under Rule 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966. Their actions violated Rule 3 of the MP Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965, constituting misconduct.
Mr. Sandeep G.R. emphasized the mandatory nature of completing the survey within the stipulated timeframe and warned that any further negligence would invite even stricter disciplinary action.
