Sagar Watch News/ A grand event titled "Anand Utsav" is being organized by the Art of Living Sagar Chapter from August 12 to 17 at Majestic Plaza, Sagar. This six-day workshop aims to help participants experience true joy, peace, and energy through yoga and meditation activities. The main highlight is the world-renowned Sudarshan Kriya, developed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, designed to teach the art of living a happy and stress-free life.
Senior teacher Kapil Malaiya stated that Sudarshan Kriya is a scientifically proven spiritual practice that helps relieve insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, and depression by boosting dopamine levels and strengthening the immune system, effects that were evident even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Classes will be held in morning and evening sessions to accommodate working professionals, students, and homemakers.
Media in-charge Ashish Jyotishi informed that people can connect with Art of Living for a lifetime with a nominal contribution. Registration for Anand Utsav is open, and people are encouraged to join this journey toward a peaceful and balanced life.
Additionally, from August 4 to 6, Rudrabhishek ceremonies will be held at various locations in Sagar under the guidance of Rishi Devdoot Ji from the Bangalore Ashram, accompanied by three expert priests. These rituals hold special significance during the holy month of Sawan. Devotees are invited to participate and receive spiritual blessings.
Prominent trainers and volunteers, including Praveen Dhuria, Sankalp Malaiya, Dr. Mona Kesharwani, and others, were also present during the announcement.
