Sagar Watch News/On the instructions of the Collector, the schools of the district are being inspected. In this connection, the District Education Officer conducted a surprise inspection of Government Integrated High School Bamhori Dudar, Development Block Sagar.
During the inspection, the institution was found closed. The lock of the main gate of the institution was broken in front of the students and some villagers on the institution's premises. According to the attendance register of the school, 8 teachers are posted in the institution. Out of which 01 teacher was found on leave and the rest were found absent.
During the inspection, excessive dirt was found spread on the institution's premises. The students of the institution and the villagers present said that the institution does not open on time and closes before time. The in-charge Principal, Basic Uttar Madhyamik Teacher Tuliram Ahirwar, was found to have no control over the institution and to be negligent in discharging his official duties.
The above act of the in-charge Principal Tulsiram Ahirwar is a result of misconduct, arbitrariness, and not being in accordance with the dignity of the post of a teacher, as a result of which the MP has been suspended. This is a violation of the Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965. On this basis, secondary teacher Tulsiram Ahirwar was suspended with immediate effect.
Similarly, during the inspection of other schools, one day's salary of absent teachers was deducted. High School Guda, Prathmik Shala Guda, High School Dugangasara, Higher Secondary School Sanodha were inspected in which Sulabha Sharma, Chetan Jain, Sweety Rajput, Nilesh Jain, Mamta Srivastava, Rakesh Patel, Tulsiram Ahirwar, Sushma Chadhar, Seema Ahirwar, Rakhi Gaur, Richa Dwivedi teachers were found absent and instructions were given to deduct one day's salary.
