Sagar Watch News/ Collector and District Election Officer Sandeep G.R. has directed all district officials to strictly follow the Election Commission of India’s (ECI) guidelines for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Voter List, ensuring complete accuracy and transparency.
The revision process will run from October 28, 2025, to February 7, 2026, with BLOs conducting house-to-house verification three times.
Eligible citizens turning 18 by January 1, 2026, can apply for inclusion using Form 6, while Form 7 is for deletion and Form 8 for corrections.
The draft list will be published on December 9, followed by claim and objection hearings until January 8, 2026, and final publication on February 7, 2026.
