It is noteworthy that, PM Suraj Portal is a national portal, which is based on social upliftment and employment and for public welfare. Loan assistance will be approved through this portal.
This will provide convenience to eligible people in taking loans. People will be able to easily take loan through this portal, in which they can apply for business loan up to Rs 15 lakh.
With this, one will not have to visit the bank and the application can be made through this portal. Its objective is to uplift and empower the most deprived sections of the society.
At the same time, loans will be provided under this scheme. Under PM Suraj Portal, loans will be given to eligible people through banks, non-banking financial companies, micro finance institutions and other organizations.
