SagarWatch@ Madhya Pradesh Government Teacher Organization submitted a memorandum to District Collector regarding various problems of teacher cadre.

1. Stop deployment of teachers in fever clinics and taking work from them as health workers without giving them safety devices and Corona Warrior status.

 2. Regardless of the instructions of the government, after transfer to excellent schools and model schools, the teachers posted should be paid the pending salary for three months.

3. The salary of the teacher cadre in Sagar development block should be given on the first date of the month.

In the COVID-19 PANDEMIC phase, many such teachers are facing serious problems due to non-payment of salaries on time.

Prominent among those who gave memorandum were Alok Gupta, Raghavendra Singh Thakur, Ghanshyam Patail, Devendra Prasad Tiwari, Rakesh Patel, Omprakash, Mohit Jain, Balram Patel, Shailendra Jain, Archana Tiwari, Rani Koshi, Haridas and many more teachers.

सागर/ म. प्र. शासकीय अध्यापक संगठन द्वारा अध्यापक संवर्ग की विभिन्न समस्याओं को लेकर जिलाधीश महोदय को ज्ञापन सौपा गया। ज्ञापन में बिन्उदुवार उल्लेख किया गया है कि -

1. शासन के निर्देशों के बावजूद भी  उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय व माडल स्कूलों में तबादला के बाद पदस्थ अध्यापकों को तीन महीने से लंबित वेतन का भुगतान कराया जाये

2.बिना सुरक्षा उपकरणों और कोरोना योद्धा का दर्जा दिए फीवर क्लीनिकों में अध्यापकों की तैनात कर उनसे स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों जैसा काम लेना बंद कराया जाये ।  

3. सागर विकास खण्ड में अध्यापक संवर्ग का वेतन  माह की पहली तारीख को दिया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाये ।

वर्तमान हालातों में ऐसे बहुत से शिक्षक समय पर वेतन भुगतान न होने के कारण गंभीर समस्याओं से जूझ रहे है । ज्ञापन देने वालों में मुख्य रूप से आलोक गुप्ता, राघवेन्द्र सिंह ठाकुर, घनश्याम पटैल, देवेन्द्र प्रसाद तिवारी, राकेश पटेल, ओमप्रकाश , मोहित जैन, बलराम पटेल, शैलेन्द्र जैन, अर्चना तिवारी, रानी कोष्टी, हरीदास, आदि उपस्थित  थे ।
